Asansol North Point School Honours 2026 Academic Achievers in Grand Felicitation Ceremony

Four students recognised for outstanding performances in CBSE Class XII, NEET, JEE and WBJEE examinations

Public Newz Asansol, July 22: Asansol North Point School organised a felicitation ceremony on Wednesday to honour four outstanding students for their exceptional achievements in the CBSE Class XII Examination 2026 and various national and state-level competitive examinations.
Among the achievers, Papri Ghosh secured 90% in the CBSE Class XII Board Examination. She obtained 357th Rank in the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (Medical) and All India Rank 2627 in NEET (UG) 2026. She will pursue Medical Science at AIIMS Guwahati.
Arpit Kumar scored 93% in the CBSE Class XII Board Examination and achieved 98 percentile in JEE (Main) 2026. Despite earning an opportunity to join IIT Kharagpur, he has chosen to continue his higher studies at IIT Roorkee.
Ishaant Agarwal secured 90% in the CBSE Class XII Board Examination. He achieved 382nd Rank in the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination and 99 percentile in JEE (Main) 2026. Although offered admission to IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, he opted to pursue Electronics Engineering at BITS Pilani, Rajasthan.
Rishab Pal qualified JEE (Main) 2026 with 96 percentile and has secured admission to the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Mohali.
On the occasion, Founder & Chairman Mr. Sachindranath Roy and Principal Mr. Rajiv Shaw congratulated the students for their hard work, dedication and perseverance. They also appreciated the unwavering support of the parents and teachers in helping the students achieve academic excellence.
